Charming duplex ski apartment inside a Catalan ancient typical masia (farm house) dated from 1887 and refurbished in 2006. Located in the French Pyrenees, only 10 Km from Spain and 40 from Andorra. It has 2 rooms, one with a double bed, the other one with a bunk bed, a folding twin bed. Balcony with sun from 9 to 14h in winter as well as a common garden, shared only with 6 neighbours.Barcelona city is just 1h 45m away by car.
